Meet our talent

We’re a cohesive team of software engineers that have worked together for years. We bring a unique set of technical skills and strengths to the table, including backend, frontend, database management, and user experience design.

We’ve been together through acquisitions and career moves. We’ve inherited products and legacy systems that didn’t always scale well, and we often thought to ourselves, “What if we could start over? What if we could build something–together–from the ground up?”

So here we are.

Frustrated with the taxing, inefficient process when hiring for our own team’s needs, we set out to do better.

We see an opportunity to revolutionize the recruiting space with data and AI and we’re jumping on it.
