We’ve been together through acquisitions and career moves. We’ve inherited products and legacy systems that didn’t always scale well, and we often thought to ourselves, “What if we could start over? What if we could build something together, from the ground up?”

So here we are.

Frustrated with the time consuming, inefficient process when hiring for our own team’s needs, we set out to do better. We saw an opportunity to improve and simplify the recruiting space with the help of powerful data and AI, and we’re jumping on it.
