Upgrade your Talyi Account
Are you considering upgrading your Talyi Software to better meet your evolving needs? Have you discovered that your current software capabilities are not sufficient to handle the increased demands and requirements you are facing?
Access the Plans & Billing page
- Log into your Talyi account.
- Click your profile icon or initials in the top-right corner.
- Select "Account" from the dropdown menu.
- Click "Billing" from the navigation menu on the left.
Note: If you do not see the Plans & Billing tab in the left-hand menu, it likely means you are on a Team or Enterprise account and do not have account owner or billing admin permissions. Contact the account owner of your account.
Here you will see the option to cancel, follow the directions to initiate cancelation.
Upgrade plan
The process to upgrade your Talyi account differs depending on the plan you are currently on and the plan you want to upgrade to. Use the chart below to determine the next step to upgrade your account. Identify your current role and subscription level at the top of the table, and then locate the row associated with the plan you are upgrading to in order to access the appropriate cell.

*If you are a user on a Team or Enterprise account, but are not the account owner or a billing admin, you do not have the ability to upgrade your account. To access a premium feature not available on your current plan, reach out to the account owner or your internal IT team to request that they upgrade the plan.
Note: If you are logged into your Talyi account, clicking on a pricing page link will redirect you to your Talyi account. If you are an account owner or billing admin, you will be redirected to the Plans & Billing page of the Account Settings to upgrade. Other account roles, such as users on Team or Enterprise accounts, will be redirected to the Talyi Home Page.
