Update billing information

In this article, you’ll find instructions for updating your payment method.

Access the Plans & Billing page

  1. Log into your Talyi account.
  2. Click your profile icon or initials in the top-right corner.
  3. Select "Account" from the dropdown menu.
  4. Click "Billing" from the navigation menu on the left.

 

Note: If you do not see the Plans & Billing tab in the left-hand menu, it likely means you are on a Team or Enterprise account and do not have account owner or billing admin permissions. Contact the account owner of your account.


 

Update payment information

We only accept automatic payments from most major credit cards, PayPal, SEPA, or Gocardless for individual and small team accounts. If you are on a large Team or Enterprise account and are interested in paying using a method other than those previously mentioned, such as bank transfer or PO, Contact Talyi Support.

If you are looking to remove your billing information from your Talyi account entirely, Contact Talyi Support

Update credit card information

To update your credit card information, follow these steps:

  1. Follow the steps in the section above to access the Plans & Billing page.
  2. Next to “Payment method”, select the three-dot icon.
  3. Click Edit payment method

  4. Enter your new billing information.
    • From here, you can update your name, address, and payment method. For details on taxation, which is based on your billing address, refer to our Taxation article.
  5. Click Save changes.

Add tax exemption number (VAT/ABN/GST)

If you are a business with a registered VAT, ABN, or GST number, you may add that valid number to your account to exclude the tax from your purchase (reverse charge may apply). For more information, refer to our Taxation article.

Note: You will only see the text box to add an ABN, GST, or VAT number if this is supported in the country associated with your address.

Update PayPal, SEPA, or GoCardless information

You may be looking to do one of the following:

  • Transition from paying with credit card to paying via PayPal, SEPA, or GoCardless.
  • Update your PayPal, SEPA, or GoCardless information.

Modify future invoices

You can adjust your account settings to change future invoices at any time. For instance, you can include your company name by following the instructions in our Access Paid Invoices article.
