Below are the metrics on how our A.I. Agent rates each candidate

Exceptional Match:

Candidate is an ideal match for the position; exceeds all key requirements and aligns perfectly with the role's needs.

Strong Match:

Candidate meets all major requirements and aligns well with the role; minor development areas may exist.

Moderate Match:

The candidate meets many of the role's requirements and has potential to grow into the position with some support.

Partial Match:

The candidate meets a few key requirements but would need significant development to thrive in the role.

Limited Match:

The candidate is not closely aligned with the role but may have potential for other opportunities.
